It’s been a while right? Anyway I’ve got a new post for you guys! One cheeky student asked me to produce a finished logo for him. Although he was taking the biscuit, I admired the effort so I drew him a sketch of how I would approach the logo. His brief was to do with ships and he was fascinated with one of my favourite topics! “layering!” So what you see above is what I drew up for him.

With that said, the aim of this post is not to showcase a sketch for a logo. Or in fact how to design one, but to simply ask if you have considered a logo for your project? If it’s for your dissertations, essays, project headers and footers. It can add a bit of personality.

Also when you get the hang of logo design you can use it for your own business one day. Or if you’ve really got skills there are sites such as fiverr and 99designs out there, where you can actually use your talent to make money!
